The ROMA LVT (luxury vinyl tile) is a dry back glued down wood plank board. A 2mm product with 0.3mm wear layer for heavy domestic use. Whereas the ROMA SPC (stone plastic composite vinyl flooring) is board made up of limestone so it will not shrink or expand. The product is waterproof with built in 2mm underlay, 5mm thickness with 0.5mm wear layer for contract usage.
